The year 1892 saw the start of organised dairying when the Lower Manning Co-operative came into being. The company ran creameries at Redbank, Coopernook, Langley Vale, Dumaresq Island and Scotts Creek.    When this photo was published it was  owned by Mrs Annie Atkins  of Harrington.
