HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDÂ :
Please give us a call to arrange for one of our volunteers to come on board and do a town tour of Wingham.
Your guide will not only fill in the areas history but will also point out various points of interest around the area.
After the town tour your guide can escort you through our well set out museum and give added points of interest on the wider Manning Valley.
School GRoups
Schools are well catered for with museum guides and hands on activities. We can tailor your tour to fit with your history outcomes and welcome children taking photos. Tuesdays and Wednesday are the preferred days for visits.
Memory boxes
We have six Memory Boxes available for two week loans. These free resources are available for loan to Aged Care Providers, Community Groups, and Schools.
The themed boxes contain objects, photos, and books that can be passed around and used to prompt memory and discussions.
Themes are: In the pantry; From the shed; School Days; Crafts from the past; Entertainment; Sport.
